ContractSpotter does not set any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Strictly necessary

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm for bot protection) to keep the site secure. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), these are exempt from consent, so we don't show a cookie banner.

Account sign-in cookie

If you sign in to your account, we set one strictly necessary cookie, __Host-cs_s, to keep you signed in. It holds a random session identifier, lasts up to 30 days, and is deleted when you sign out. Because it's strictly necessary for a service you've asked for, it doesn't need consent.

If this changes

If we add analytics, we'll use a cookieless tool (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that stores nothing on your device. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page.
